We take care to match the requirement of each job to the skillset and experience of each interpreter. For instance, in a case involving repeat appointments with housing benefit officers, we would look to provided the same interpreter at each appointment for the sake of continuity on the part of the service user, and to ensure clarity we would source an interpreter with legal experience and/or knowledge of the benefits system.
