Recently, Bushra displayed extraordinary compassion and teamwork by swiftly stepping in to cover a booking on short notice due to a colleague’s sudden medical emergency. When faced with the unexpected situation, Bushra didn’t hesitate for a moment. Despite being at home, she immediately sprang into action, jumped in her car, and rushed to the hospital to provide much-needed language support.

This selfless act not only ensured seamless communication for our valued client but also epitomised the spirit of solidarity and support within our close-knit interpreting community.
