We’ve been actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority is always to ensure the welfare of our employees and linguists whilst also ensuring that we will continue to maintain the exceptional level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
We wanted to reassure you that we have robust and tested Business Continuity plan in place to support our customers should the spread of the virus escalate. We’ve already taken steps to mitigate the impact of any changes in guidance from UK authorities. This includes a provision for all employees to work from home when necessary.
Working from home does not mean that we are closed; our investment into technology and equipment over the past 12 months ensures that our entire team can work remotely from home with no interruption to the service we provide.
However, due to the nature of the service we deliver we do expect some level of interruption to our Face-to-Face Interpreting services but we are working as hard as we can to ensure that high priority assignments are still filled with any non-essential assignments being moved over to our Telephone Interpreting service. If you do not currently use our Telephone Interpreting Service then get in touch now so that our team can get you up and running as quickly as possible.
We will do everything we can to help support our clients and add or modify existing solutions to facilitate changes in requirements.
We’re an agile and dynamic business and look forward to supporting our clients throughout this difficult period in the same way we always would. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager.
We aim to keep our translation and transcription services running as usual.
Our eLearning partner has produced a free Coronavirus Awareness video which you can access at any time; this highlights our commitment to training and the development and awareness of our team.
