Prestige Network is excited to announce that following a comprehensive and competitive procurement process, we have been awarded a contract under the new North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Framework agreement for Language Services.

The framework encompasses a wide range of language services, including but not limited to, face-to-face interpreting, telephone and video interpreting, document translation, and British Sign Language interpretation. This agreement recognises our unwavering commitment to quality and our capability to meet the complex needs of healthcare providers. by breaking down language barriers in healthcare, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care regardless of language or hearing ability.

Key objectives of this framework are: Enhanced Communication: To facilitate clear and accurate communication between healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring all parties fully understand medical information and instructions.

Accessibility: To provide language support to patients with limited English proficiency and those who are deaf or hard of hearing, ensuring equitable access to NHS services.
Quality and Professionalism: To ensure all language services are delivered by qualified and experienced interpreters and translators who adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.

While this is not a direct contract, it establishes a formal pathway for all NHS Trusts and healthcare providers in the UK to engage with us on specific projects, leveraging our specialised expertise in healthcare communication support. Our services help NHS clients deliver a better patientcare, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care regardless of language or hearing ability.
