At Prestige Network, what began as a simple idea during Mental Health Awareness Week – creating a quiet Wellness Room for staff – has grown into something much bigger. Originally meant as a temporary space for reflection, it’s now a permanent, beloved part of our workplace culture. But its true impact goes far beyond our office walls.
Whether it’s used for prayer, meditation, a quiet conversation, or simply a moment of solitude, the Wellness Room has become a cornerstone of our wellbeing efforts. Team members regularly visit to read inspirational notes or participate in mindful activities, easing their minds through light, creative focus.

This commitment to mental health, inclusion, and wellbeing doesn’t just shape how we support our team. It drives how we support our clients, communities, and partners.

Why It Matters
Our Wellness Room may have started small, but it became a powerful reminder that small changes can drive lasting impact. It taught us that:
- Communication matters
- Language matters
- Inclusion matters
- Teamwork matters
- Collaboration matters

We’ve turned those lessons into services that help others do the same, whether you’re planning a community event, supporting service users with complex needs, or building a more inclusive organisation.
