We were recently awarded a contract for the quality assessment of Interpreting services for Northern Ireland Courts & Tribunal Services. This came on the back of a project completed in 2017, where we provided linguists for Chinese and Polish languages to ascertain the capabilities of Court Interpreters in Northern Ireland.

In a survey carried out in May 2018 with our interpreting clients we scored 97% for linguist qualities and 99% on speed of delivery.

It is worth bearing in mind that often we are dealing with last minute or rare languages requests that mean the probability of achieving 100% is impossible, because of the challenges around the movement of people from one location to another.

In the same report 89% of respondents said they would recommend PN and 99% said that they are likely to use our services again.
