Letter from Bulgarian student

We were really touched to get a letter yesterday from a Bulgarian student for whom we’d arranged an interpreter to help with sitting a SATs test.

”You really helped me to understand all those hard questions which I was stuck on, reading them in Bulgarian for me” 

We all know exams are tough at the best of times and we are really happy we were able to help out to make this student’s experience a bit more comfortable.

When we got this request through, our Interpreting Supervisor, Amy, worked hard to find an interpreter that not only spoke Bulgarian but also had significant experience in education.
