We always knew our customers at Prestige Network are a happy bunch, but now we’ve got the numbers to prove it.
The results of the Prestige Network Customer Satisfaction Report for the previous year have been collated and analysed, and there’s plenty to shout about.
The outcome of over 700 online reviews and more than 140 satisfaction surveys, our ratings – from the people who have used our services – give a great indicator of how hard the team here have been working to meet customer needs over the past year.
With a rise in satisfaction and a host of sparkling new 5-star reviews, we can’t wait to see the next one pop into the Prestige Network inbox every week.
Let’s take a look at what’s been happening over the last year…
Key customer satisfaction figures:
- 93.9% of reviewers rated Prestige Network an average of 4.80 out of 5
- Online we achieved a 95% satisfaction rating
- Overall satisfaction has improved by 2% year-on-year
- 99.3% of customers would be happy to work with us again
Of the 144 customer satisfaction surveys returned, the overall satisfaction rating improved and is now up to 94%. That’s a 2% rise from 2016’s rating, showing we’re still heading in the right direction.
Do you rate how we translate? 97% of people do!
Another of the customer surveys findings shows that most clients continue to be happy to work with Prestige Network again, with 99.3% saying they would return, and 95% of clients would recommend us. The majority of those not recommending only say they could as a result of having nobody to recommend to.
97.15% of respondents across the satisfaction survey in 2017 confirmed they would work with Prestige Network again or recommend us, however it comes to translation clients 100% of said they would use Prestige Network again.
Customer satisfaction rates continue to remain steady within the translation department with 97% of clients in 2017 happy with the quality of translation.
