About the Role:

Prestige Network is a leading translation and interpreting company established for over 20 years that provides language services to both the Public and Commercial Sectors with an enviable list of clients.

Following significant growth over the last 2 years we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an experienced Finance Administrator

Brief Description

To provide administration assistance in the Finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices on Sage for Translation and Interpreting
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Reconciling Credit Card Statements
  • Credit Control
  • Handling Accounts queries
  • Handling queries from linguists
  • Any other finance related admin duties as required by the Finance Team

Skills Required

  • Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a finance environment
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable Skills

  • Working Knowledge of Sage Line 50

Hours of Work:


16 hours to be arranged over 4 days during office hours below:

Monday to Thursday:  9.00am to 5:30pm

Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
