 Brief Description Administration support to the Finance Department
 Main Duties and Responsibilities



  • Contacting Clients to chase up on overdue invoices and all aspects of Credit Control
  • Linguists invoice entries on Excel and Sage
  • Resolve queries from linguists & Clients
  • Raise Client Invoices on sage with supporting backup sheets from Salesforce
  • Process payments received
  • Resolve accounts queries
  • Any other finance related duties as requested by the Accounts Supervisor/Manager
 Additional Duties Assisting the Operations Department
 Skills Required








  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working Knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • First class organisation and co-ordination abilities.
  • Extremely methodical
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential.
  • Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Punctual
  • A flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Very good at multi-tasking

 Hours of Work Flexible – 10 to 16 hours to be arranged over 2-3 days during office hours below to include a Wednesday.

Monday to Thursday:  9.00am to 5:30pm

Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
