The staff deal regularly with the town's Polish population so Prestige provided phrase cards in Polish to help staff communicate with the Polish jobseekers, with phrases such as: 'I know a few words in Polish', 'Are you here to look for work?' and 'Are you waiting for an interpreter?'. Staff were also provided with basic language training.
