Prestige Network was awarded the tender for Job Centres throughout the UK because of our high level of service and efficiency - and so for the last 3 or so years we have helped Job Centres achieve their key objectives.

More Than Translation

One example of how Prestige Network have provided valuable support to Jobcentre Plus staff is with the Hull Jobcentre Plus.

The staff deal regularly with the town's Polish population so Prestige provided phrase cards in Polish to help staff communicate with the Polish jobseekers, with phrases such as: 'I know a few words in Polish', 'Are you here to look for work?' and 'Are you waiting for an interpreter?'. Staff were also provided with basic language training.

Our language professionals - both legal interpreters and legal translators - are experienced and adhere to strict codes of conduct throughout every assignment. We insist that our legal language specialists have additional expertise in order to understand the requirements, terminology and regulations of the legal system and procedures involved in court rooms and governmental institutions.
