Customer Survey Results - 95% of Prestige Network customers would recommend the company

Many thanks to all our clients who responded to our customer survey. We are very pleased with the results and the feedback comments we received.

The main findings are:

  • 95% of respondents said that they would recommend us to other colleagues, companies or business partners
  • 96% of respondents said they would be confident to use Prestige Network’s services again

The overall satisfaction scores were very good and we truly believe our personal service makes us stand out from other language service providers. The main results were as follows:

  • 84% of respondents scored us an overall score of 8/10 or above
  • 94% of respondents gave us an overall score of 7/10 or above

We received a wide variety of feedback comments. These are now helping us to work to our strengths as well as pinpoint areas where, in our customers’ opinion, further development might be required.
