Following the inception of the Identity and Passport Service, Prestige Network submit a tender to provide Face to Face and British Sign Language Interpreting for this new Government department. As a result of the tendering process, Prestige Network was awarded an exclusive contract to provide language services to the Identity and Passport Service. Under the terms of the contract it was stipulated that Prestige Network would make itself available to all the IPS’s 69 newly opened offices throughout the UK from 1 January 2007. The contract presented an opportunity to demonstrate our nationwide services.
With more than 500 clients within the public sector alone, Prestige Network has a strong reputation for excellence in the delivery of language services. It was this reputation and our ability to provide interpreting services to any part of the UK that led the Identity and Passport Service to award Prestige Network their exclusive contract for interpreting services.
