Supplying interpreters to the police force requires Prestige Network as a company to be responsive, proactive and rigorous in our processes. We ensure that our interpreters are CRB checked as well as having CTC or SC status when required. We also insist that Prestige Network interpreters working with the police service are experienced in working with the police and legal services, are familiar with PACE codes of practice and are DPSI or equivalent, qualified.

Fluent native speakers, our Police interpreters are also sensitive to specific situations which may arise when working with the police service - this includes working with minors, dealing with sensitive material and sometimes interpreting during volatile circumstances.

Prestige Network's interpreters are available at short notice to interpret over200 different languages and dialects including British Sign Language. When time is of the essence, if necessary we can provide instant telephone interpretersuntil such time as we can get an interpreter to you onsite.
