Face-to-Face Interpreting (Consecutive)
Face to Face interpreting is the most commonly used form of interpreting. Consecutive interpreters listen to dialogue at one sentence or phrase at a time and interpret accordingly. This measured exchange allows for careful and highly accurate interpretation and therefore is particularly useful during negotiations, medical consultations and when testimony is being recorded, for example in Courts or Police stations.
